Winding Creek is a well-established condominium community of 108 homes in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Our association has served residents since 1985 and is governed by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors committed to keeping Winding Creek a welcoming place to call home.
The association cares for the community's exterior and structural common areas — building exteriors, common grounds, and shared amenities — so owners can enjoy a comfortable, low-maintenance lifestyle.
The Board meets regularly through the year and holds an annual meeting of the membership. Dates are announced in advance through the owner portal and by email, and owners are encouraged to attend. To have a topic considered at a meeting, email thewindingcreekhoa@gmail.com ahead of time with your name, unit, and a short description.
The pool is a shared amenity maintained by the association for residents and their guests. It operates seasonally, and the association coordinates its upkeep, water treatment, and inspections.
A summary for convenience — the Pool Rules posted at the pool are the official version and control in all cases.
Gate or access trouble? Email thewindingcreekhoa@gmail.com or call 910-987-2573. For a medical emergency, call 911 first.
Non-emergency requests go through the homeowner portal, where they become a tracked record instead of getting lost in an inbox.
For fire, medical emergencies, or immediate danger call 911 first. For an urgent property emergency — an active leak, a structural hazard, a downed line in a common area — call 910-987-2573 rather than submitting a request online, so it reaches someone quickly.
Report something needing repair in a common area or a building element the association maintains — exterior damage, common-area lighting, or an issue with shared grounds.
Planning a change to the outside of your home, or anything visible from a common area? Submit an architectural request for Board review before the work begins.
A general guide only — the Declaration and Bylaws define the actual split and control if anything here differs.
Typically the association: building exteriors and structural elements, roofs and exterior walls, common-area grounds, walkways and lighting, and shared amenities such as the pool.
Typically the owner: everything inside your home — interior walls, floors and finishes, appliances and fixtures, interior plumbing, heating and cooling equipment serving only your unit, and your own interior insurance coverage.
Not sure which side something falls on? Submit the request anyway, or ask us. Far better to check than to let a problem sit.
